"Before doing the Lightning Process I had Chronic Fatigue and felt unable to do anything more than a few low-energy tasks in a day.

While attending the course, I felt better immediately and on the first day came home and cooked the dinner, which I hadn't done for over a year.

I have continued to increase my activities as the weeks progress. I am building my body up to walk for longer and keep active for longer periods. Everyday activities which I had longed to be able to do are now becoming normal.

"After recurring shingles I was suffering from anxiety and depression.

The Lightning Process allowed me to regain control, to understand that my almost continuous panic was a reult of negative thinking. It had created negative neural pathways which stimulated the adrenal glands.

“Taking the Lightning Process with Donna in January 2009 was probably the best choice I've ever made.

I had suffered with Chronic Fatigue for 10 months, experiencing fatigue so severe that at points I was unable to initiate any movement at all, combined with constant pain and nausea.

I had started to come to terms with the idea that I'd have to put my medical education on hold. I was a 20 year old medical student doing none of the things that other 20 year old students were doing.

Within a week of the course I was back to studying hard plus walking 2 miles into university, going to clubs, holding dinner parties and running.

I cannot express my gratitude to Donna or to Phil Parker enough, the Lightning Process has given me my life back and not just that, but it has given me a better life than I had before.

Donna was the perfect choice as a practitioner for me, she was considerate of my concerns that my medical background would prevent me from engaging with aspects of the process (an issue that I did not in fact have) and was very accommodating to the level of disability that I was experiencing when I started the course. "In 2003, after collapsing, I ended up in hospital with a suspected brain tumor. I couldn't walk and hardly could talk. I was eventually diagnosed with m.e. and needed constant care.

Over the next 5 years I tried every 'cure'. Although I made some improvement, it was because I did very little and this was 'paced'. The last straw was depression, which set in a year ago.

Then I heard about The Lightning Process from a friend's daughter who had completed her training and was back to work. The very next day an article about Donna and her new clinic in Buckinghamshire appeared in the local paper.

I am so grateful to Donna, my life has changed so much in just one month - since the training. Everyone has noticed the difference in me!

"I had M.E. for 11 years - unable to walk any distance or to stand for more than 5 minutes. My body ached all over. I was constantly 'crashing' and spent days at a time in bed.

Since attending the Lightning Process course at The Arch Clinic in Fordingbridge, I immediately felt invigorated and positive. I am walking further and can stand to do my household chores - cooking, ironing, etc. with no ill-effects. My social life has taken off again. I have visited Yorkshire (the first time in 5 years) to visit family and friends and to attend a 50th wedding anniversary. Last week I hosted a dinner party - something that I was unable to contemplate before the training.

I am definitely getting my life back and look forward positively to the time when I can again walk in the forest, shop til I drop and tend the garden!

"For the past 10 years (and probably more) I have suffered from a range of issues such as depression, anxiety, stress, low self-esteem and fatigue.

Since completing the Lightning Process course, my whole outlook on life has changed. I have bags of energy now and a positive attitude which is helping me to achieve anything I want to. I am not letting my past affect my future anymore and feel that I have gained my life back.

My trainer (Donna) was very friendly, enthusiastic and supportive throughout the process and indeed afterwards. She made us all feel at ease.

I won't lie to you, it's hard work and requires discipline but it well worth it in the end! It gets much easier the more you do the techniques and eventually becomes automatic.

I would like to thank my trainer (Donna) personally for bringing back the Jenny we all thought we'd lost.

It became impossible to lead a normal life. Walking was a huge problem, on a bad day I was reduced to shuffling. It was a struggle to complete even the most basic household chores.

I refused to give up my job but had to drastically cut back my hours, at one point only working for 2 hours a day.

My social life was non-existant.
